Our Miracle

I know what you are thinking..."What? She actually is posting something?!?" Yes, it is true! I am a terrible blogger!

Zoey had a sedated echo on Tuesday. It was such a great appointment. The left side of Zoey's heart has grown! Dr Mennon is very optimistic that the next surgery will be to repair her heart in order for her to have a double ventricle heart! So when is the next surgery for our little one? Well, it was suppose to be anytime between now and no later than April, but she is doing so well that she doesn't even have another check-up unil May! Dr Mennon thinks she will probably be 1 before she will need surgery!

Thank you all so much for your prayers, fasting, faith, and support. We truly have been so blessed. This is such a miracle! We are so grateful. I really can't express how very grateful and happy I am. I am truly grateful for the God's hand in our lives. I know that it is because of Him that Zoey has done so well.

Zoey has sure grown up since my last post! She thinks she is bigger than she really is and won't even let me rock her to sleep anymore! :( She likes to be put down, her gloworm turned on and for me to walk out of the room! I keep trying to remind her that she is only 6 months! She is sitting up and attempting to crawl! She loves to eat her mush and lately has felt she is too big for the bottle. I give her the sippy cup when she refuses the bottle, but mostly she prefers the mush. I can't believe how fast she is growing up! I need to post pictures, but I probably won't get around to it for another few months. Just kidding! I will be posting again soon! Here is a video of Zoey! She loves playing peek-a-boo with Daddy!

Rachel! I'm so glad she's doing so well!!!!! She's darling! I can't believe you had her 6 months ago. It's seems just yesterday that you told me about being pregnant. Crazy! Yup, we're very excited for ours too....4 more weeks until we find out what we're having. :)

Oh she is soooo cute! I'm so glad you found my blog! I had no idea you had a baby, but she is sooo darling! Congratulations! Thanks so much for the comment, but I feel like YOU are the stong woman! It helps a lot to see that you aren't the only one with trials and enjoy what trials you've been given. I hope everything goes well with her next surgery! It was so good to hear from you!

She looks so adorable! What a happy little camper. Kids do tend to grow up right before our eyes. Next thing you know she is going to be asking for the car keys. (believe me it's already happened here.) Good luck with everything!
