Well, after being here 24 hours I only dilated to a 2. Our little Zoey just isn't ready to come yet, so we will be leaving the hospital soon and coming home. We will come back Monday at 6:00 PM. We are just waiting for the epidural to wear off some more before we leave.

oh Rach! I can't believe you had to get that huge epidural and then you didn't even have the baby!! Well I hope you are doing well! I love ya and cant wait to see this cute baby!!
Dang. That's disappointing when you are so looking forward to meeting your baby. Maybe you'll get lucky and go on your own this weekend instead. Keep us posted!
That is too bad! especially on your nerves since you are so ready for her to come! It'll happen though when the time is right I guess.-Randi
No baby until monday? That seems forever away.
That is just cruel to have to go home after all of that:( That has to be hard mentally and physically for you. It's all for a good reason I am sure---some babies just need more time to "cook" and she just isn't ready it sounds like.
I've been thinking of you all week and checking your blog for some news and finally I got it. So Good about her not potentially needing the first surgery and so sorry she's not coming. We'll keep you in our thoughts and prayers and keep looking for updates... keep them coming!!!
bummer! Can't wait to see your sweet baby girl! I have your baby gift still. I need to drop it by, probably next week if you're home and up to visitors. Love ya!
Lame- I just logged on to see if I could come and see you and the little gal! I'll for sure come see you next week when I come to work.
I got your blog url from susan and came to see how things were going with the little one. Sorry to hear this news. I hate to tell you, this won't be the first time that your little girl won't do what you want her to do! :) Good luck with everything!
