My mom and I decided to can some salsa this year. This was my first time ever doing it and it turned out great! We didn't start until about 8:00 on Monday night but it was all done by 2:30 AM! I went home at 1:00, but my mom stayed up and finished it. She is so sweet! The good news is it is all done and ready to eat and tastes delicious! Ymmm!

Rachel I'm so dang excited about this!! This is so great I am glad that you finally started a blog!! So you are working at 1-800 Contacts again? When did you start school what school are you going to? Thanks for letting me know that you have a blog and for saying hi to me!! Ive been having a hard time keeping mine updated lately cause I am super busy, but hopefully I can keep up on it!

and BTW, I totally know the pain and agony of making salsa. Ours didnt turn out to great this year because we used Canned tomat's. Im glad you are finally back at 1800. Not that i ever work. I hate my manager.
Yummy! It takes a long time, but it sure does taste good and fresh. We are blessing Tay the Sat. after Thanksgiving. Jason and Theresa are blessing their baby the next day in church - it would be great if you guys could make it up! Welcome to the blogging world!
